Return PolicyFor those orders purchased from the Publications Office before June 30, 2008: Refunds will be given for any books returned in salable condition up to one year after the date of purchase. All returns must include reference to our invoice number. No refunds will be given after one year. The Publications Office reserves the right to determine the condition of returned books and to decide whether or not a refund will be issued. Returned, non-refunded books can be reclaimed for the cost of shipping. Please contact F. W. Lancaster for return policy for those orders purchased after July 1, 2008.
